Recessed ceiling luminaires

for external on/off or DALI power supply units · Direct and indirect light

Downlights for direct and indirect light.

Luminaires with hand-blown opal glass with various LED outputs, half beam angles and dimensions for installation in suspended ceilings. When the appropriate installation housing is used, the luminaires are suitable for installation in concrete ceilings. A focusing/diffusing lens made of crystal glass bundles the efficient light in the centre of the reflector for downward-directed light. At the same time, part of the stray light is used to illuminate the luminaire glass and to produce a degree of vertical illuminance. The luminaires are available with fixed or variable colour temperature (tunable white).

Lobby
We are entering the foyer of a hotel. We are welcomed by pleasant mood lighting. Sculptural pendant luminaires made of polished aluminium and thick-walled crystal glass illuminate the reception desk. Such lighting draws the attention to the reception. This combination of materials is repeated by other luminaires in the room. The reception area for the staff is bathed in light from recessed ceiling luminaires with comparably thick crystal glass. The exit is flanked by uplights and downlights whose design corresponds to the pendant luminaires. General illumination is effected by ceiling luminaires with the main light facing directly downwards and indirect light distributed softly in the room. This combination ensures a very high degree of visual comfort. Depending on the time of day, the illumination is adapted to the lighting conditions.

Conference room
The conference room is flooded with daylight through a large window. If required, this window can be darkened. Downlights in the ceiling illuminate the room uniformly and create a pleasant degree of illuminance of 500 lx on the table. On the end wall of the room, there is a presentation screen which is illuminated with surface washers from the ceiling. To be able to work with different media, it should be possible to control all groups of luminaires separately and allow individual lighting scenarios.
