Updated BEGA Information

We are here for you and your concerns! Responsible conduct at all levels is the highest priority for BEGA during the coronavirus crisis. We feel committed to consistent implementation of the action plan that has been introduced to slow the spread of the virus and the lung disease Covid-19 that can develop as a result. At the same time, we are maintaining our guaranteed delivery capability and ensuring that you can receive the same BEGA service you normally rely on.

Our products are available for you: BEGA delivery capability is guaranteed. Our conscious decision to maintain a very high concentration of production at our locations in Germany and Belgium is an important factor in this regard. We reserve the right to deviate from this promise if necessary only for last-minute enquiries concerning individual products. However, this is subject to external developments (for instance concerning transport processes) that we are unable to influence.

Please do not hesitate to contact us: even though direct contact is not an option at the moment, we continue to be available at any time for your enquiries, planning ideas, orders and service requests. Together we can use digital communication channels and remain in contact in this way. You BEGA contacts are still reliably available at their normal phone numbers. We have even developed emergency action plans for developments and scenarios that are not foreseeable at the moment in order to ensure the well-being of our employees along with ongoing production and the performance of essential administrative tasks. For this reason, we are and will continue to be highly cautious concerning our future capacity to act.
