LED system bollards

BEGA LED system bollards are a modular system that enables the combination of luminaire heads and luminaire tubes with various additional functions. Often it is desirable for a lighting system to have luminaires of the same type and lighting technology, but with different heights or diameters. Auxiliary components such as integral LED floodlights, emergency lighting batteries, motion and light sensors and control modules for LCN and ZigBee can be meaningful additions.

Separate additional installations are not needed, thus lowering the costs. Simply order the bollard head and also the required bollard tube. Both modules can be connected quickly and easily during the installation.

BEGA LED system bollards are bolted with a mounting plate onto a
foundation provided by the customer or onto an anchorage unit made of hot-dip galvanised
steel.
The mounting system can be used to align the luminaires.

The luminaire luminous flux and the luminaire connected wattage quoted in the table might change as a result of technical progress. On our website you will find data sheets with information on each luminaire concerning not only the current values but also the LED service life and the luminous flux in relation to the respective colour temperature.

Bollard heads

For the lighting function of the LED system bollards, you can choose from ten LED system bollard heads with different light distributions and light emissions to meet the requirements of the lighting situation in question. The LED system bollard heads are also available with different shapes and dimensions.

The LED system bollard head can quickly and easily be connected to the separately chosen LED system bollard tube during installation.

Bollard tubes

LED system bollard tubes offer the solutions for the frequently requested additional functions of bollards. They are available:

  • Without components in two heights
  • With LED floodlight
  • With motion and light sensor (optionally with LCN · ZigBee · DALI)
  • With control module LCN · ZigBee
  • With a single emergency lighting battery
  • As drive-through protection for cars and trucks

LED technology

In doing so, we go well beyond the applications normally expected on the market. We do this responsibly, competently and with a sense of proportion – but above all reliably. After all, reliability and a high standard of product quality are among our elementary values and convictions.In the development of our luminaires, therefore, thermo-management represents a great challenge. Efficiency and service life are already convincing and still improving. Module output and shape are variable and can be perfectly adapted to each luminaire. In addition to using high-grade components, we have also made design-related changes which contribute to favourable temperature conditions inside the luminaires.
