Recessed ceiling luminaires

For external on/off or DALI power supply units

Downlights with protection class IP 65 with various outputs, half beam angles and dimensions for installation in suspended ceilings.

Using the appropriate installation housing, the luminaires are also suitable for installation in concrete ceilings. The crystal glass projecting beyond the ceiling trim ring has a partial matt finish on the inside for optimum glare suppression and directs a part of the light sideways onto the ceiling. This creates additional visual comfort and a brilliant appearance through the intensity of the horizontal illuminance.

Luminaires which, thanks to their IP 65 protection class, are also ideal for bathroom lighting in accordance with VDE 0100, and provide the perfect solution for many indoor planning and project tasks. The luminaires and the external power supply units required for your lighting systems can be connected by means of a simple plug connector.

Congress hall
Congress halls are used for many different purposes. Concerts, theatre performances, trade fairs, conferences and receptions take place here. All of these events require multifunctional and efficient lighting solutions. In high-prestige events, things are often more formal. Pendant luminaires are the preferred solution here, as they flood the room with soft light. An integral downlight generates the additional downward-directed light. For situations requiring the illumination of ceilings to highlight the architecture, these luminaires are available with additional light emission upwards. Parallel to the way the room is divided up, ceiling luminaires and recessed ceiling luminaires with downward-directed light distribution are used in the remaining areas.

Foyer
The illumination of large rooms is frequently effected using efficient downlights or pendant luminaires. In this example, both types are used. The distinctive pendant luminaires distribute soft light downwards from a height of 6 m. Visitors are received in the upwardly open ground floor with a degree of illuminance of 200 lx. These luminaires do not cause glare, in spite of the high illumination level of 19,900 lm. Their light emission area measures almost 75 cm in diameter and consists of crystal glass with frosted white interior. Downlights are used in areas with a low ceiling height. Most of the light is aimed downwards directly onto the floor surface. The remaining light is directed into the room as a wide beam through thick-walled, partially frosted crystal glass. Here too, a degree of illuminance of 200 lx is reached at floor level.
